Like other files, changing the appearance and behavior of a print file is accomplished by setting file and control properties.  All properties of a Print File, or objects (controls) within a Print File, are set in the Properties window.

Setting Print File Properties

1. A Properties window can be opened from the File Menu by selecting View and choosing Properties Window from the drop-down list.  Pressing the F4 function key will also open a Properties Window.

2. The list of properties available for the selected print file will display.
