Perform the following steps to set format properties.

Setting Format Properties

1. From the File Menu, select View, and choose Properties window from the drop-down list or click on the Properties window icon in the toolbar. The Properties window will be displayed on the desktop.

2. Click on a format in the design window to display its properties in the Properties window.

3. You can now set the properties for each format of a print file for the list of properties as shown below.
