Select the desired format to be removed.

Right-click anywhere in the Design window and select Remove Format.

Formats can also be removed by selecting the Remove Format hypertext at the bottom of the Properties Window.
A Print File will initially contain one format when it is created. A print file can be removed in one of the two ways, as listed below.
Removing a Format
Select the desired format to be removed.
