The Orientation property specifies the orientation of a line.  Horizontal is the default.

ASNA.DataGate.PrintControls.Orientations.  Gets or sets the enumeration value representing the orientation of a line.

Remarks

To set the Orientation property of a control, click on the right side of the property and choose one of the Orientations options shown in the drop-down box.  The display in the control will show the new line orientation selected.
